The School celebrates the 80th anniversary of its link with our partner school in Solingen on the 17th September 2010. We welcome any students and staff, past and present, who has taken part in these exchanges to gather at the school between 7.00 and 9.00 pm. There will be a buffet and light refreshments available. AS and A2 Results – 19th August, Collection of results from 11am in the School Hall GCSE Results – 24th August Collection of results from 10am in the School Hall [...] The Holcombe Association is always looking for more willing hands to help at events and assist with projects, please email your details and availability to Sue Kirk or Helen Durkin. You may remember that we raised some funds after the Haiti earthquake. The funds raised were donated to the Haiti Hospital Appeal with a request that the money raised be spent on the House of Blessings, an orphanage for disabled children. I have received the following letter below in response to our [...] [...] The year culminated in a final exhibition of work at the Brook Theatre, Chatham. Students produced work reflecting their town and identity and the work was praised by the Theatre Manager as being highly creative. He also commented upon how engaging our students were.
